Patient presented with anterior crossbite (underbite) that has resulted in protrusion and spacing of lower incisors with slight constriction of the upper and lower premolar areas. To make matters worse, he also has an improperly erupting upper right cuspid. Treatment time was 16 months with Invisalign.
